ARTWORK INSTRUCTIONS |
PC SYSTEM: IBM Compatible
FORMAT: "ai", "eps" or "cdr"
Adobe Illustrator version 12.0 or earlier
Corel Draw version 12.0 or earlier
ARTWORK: Vector format.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. We cannot take JPEG, TIFF or Bitmap files unless the imprint consists of one color and is a high-
resolution image.
2. We are not set up for Macintosh.
3. If type setting is required on artwork, please indicate the font requested as well as the type’s size.
4. We do not do color process. We do spot color only.
5. There is a charge for recreating any artwork. $60.00(V)/hr. $30.00(V) minimum.
THE FOLLOWING WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER:
1. When artwork is e-mailed and no company name is attached.
2. When there is no name to which the artwork is addressed.
3. If there are no indications of PMS colors for the artwork.
4. If there is no confirmation that we ever received artwork via e-mail.
5. Artwork that requires re-creating or modification.
6. Any delays in approving pre-production samples will consequently affect production time.
You will be faxed a paper proof for actual size and appearance of artwork.
We require a signature of approval to be faxed to us A.S.A.P.
